Nercon's new Plastic Belt Case Conveyors are designed to out-perform traditional roller conveyors. These Case Conveyors deliver more endurance, reliability and less maintenance than roller conveyors typically used for case and pallet conveying applications.

Many of the problems associated with roller conveyors such as roller bearing failure, rounded out hex holes in the conveyor frames, or rollers cutting into the conveyor side frames are eliminated due to the new plastic belt and frame design. Case and pallet conveyor conditions such as rollers dropping out of the frames, dead zones, turning and jamming cases do not exist on Nercon's Plastic Belt Case Conveyors.

Transportation, accumulation, inclines, merges, diverts, brake belts and metering belts can all be accomplished using Nercon's Plastic Belt Case Conveyors. With reliability and maintenance costs taken into consideration, Nercon's Plastic Belt Case Conveyors provide a much better value than roller conveyors.

Nercon's Plastic Belt Case Conveyor applications are also versatile. These conveyors can be used in conjunction with existing roller conveyor systems or in combination with retrofits of Intralox chain over existing roller conveyor frames.

Retrofit Plastic Belt Case Conveyor
When roller style case conveyor has reached the end of it's life cycle, you may not need to resort to removing it and replacing it with another roller system.
