Line stoppages can happen in virtually any production operation. Nercon's accumulation equipment provides temporary storage space for products when normal production flow is interrupted due to momentary product blockage, malfunction or machine adjustment. When the blockage is cleared, stored products are automatically fed back onto the primary conveyor line at the proper speed.
Accumulation equipment is also used to balance the flow of production between two or more machines that operate at different production speeds.

Bi-Directional Accumulation Tables are suitable for handling plastic containers, bottles and cans. Vertical Accumulators also provide accumulation by means of a flighted belt that accumulates the product vertically by rows.
