Designed to cut costs, improve production and eliminate breakage, Nercon's Depalletaid raises cases level with the operator work station.


Decreasing strain and eliminating lifting, Nercon's Depalletaid is an ergonomic assist unit that efficiently facilitates the unloading and loading of cases at speeds up to 30 cases per minute.


Featuring a rugged steel construction, Nercon's autofeed Depalletaid can store up to four pallets at the infeed conveyor. As it power feeds loads into the pallet lift, it provides automatic stacking of empty pallets. By storing pallets on the infeed coneyor, the forklift operator and truck are free to perform other plant duties while the empty cases are being processed.


Elevator platforms travel up and down with a roller chain drive. No floor pit is required. There is no pallet load height limitation. Platforms are built to customer specifications.
