Modular Conveyor Express is an assemble-to-order line of conveyors. The modular conveyor line is a pre-engineered line of conveyors with common components kept in stock. When the orders are placed, the conveyors are readily assembled according to the order. Conveyors in the product line offer a robust, proven design at an economical price. As an added benefit, these conveyors are produced very quickly since the engineering is bypassed and the components are already fabricated and kept in stock.
In order to save up-front costs, consider the conveyor project requirements and determine if these modular conveyors can fit into all or part of the product handling line. Modular Conveyor Express offers the same construction, quality and performance as our non-standard or custom conveyors, but the program is comprised of common chain widths as well as common components like returns, supports, brackets, guide rails and motors. In many cases, a rail adjustment is all that is needed to fit the package using frame widths (3 1/4", 4 1/2", 7 1/2", 12" and double 7 1/2") in the program. A large part of Nercon's projects fall into the Made-to-Order category. These projects utilize Nercon's standard assemblies and components that allow more flexibility for modifications to meet higher level production requirements compared to the modular conveyor program.
Nercon has taken their most utilized components and assemblies and created engineering and manufacturing efficiencies to produce them. Whenever possible, Nercon will recommend "our" standards on conveyor design and components. While it may require a change in project specifications, consider adopting to our standards to reduce cost on your project investment.
Like Nercon's conveyor standards, our packaging equipment offerings also have standard "modifiable" designs. All of Nercon's accumulators, lifts, laners, combiners and diverters have proven designs that are adaptable to specific applications.
Some customers have specific requirements for their conveyor systems and in fact, have standards of their own. Designed-to-order systems are typically highly automated and have aggressive production goals. Often the goals are to alleviate operating costs, maximize production, and reduce change-over time, reduce product waste or all of the above.

We have an established U.L. panel shop, we wire to actual job panels during testing and Nercon has long-time partnerships with leading edge manufacturers of controls hardware and software.
