Bar

Rolco International has developed this accumulator design to reliably accumulate rows of wrapped or unwrapped baked goods or bars.

Serpentine

The unique Rolco Serpentine Accumulator allows product to be received at any rate, while product is being discharged at the same or at a different rate.

Concept

The Rolco Product Accumulator reliably balances the flow of production between two or more machines that operate at different efficiencies.

Tail Sealers

Rolco Model 15 and 30 Tail Sealers allows for adjustable log speed and the finished product has a high quality appearance and provides the consumer with a tab to start unwinding the roll

Cooling

The composite board cooling accumulator provides additional cooling for extruded boards without any manpower requirement and allows the automatic interface between the extrusion process and the embossing/stacking process.

Tissue

Designed to accumulate slit bath tissue rolls delivered from two rewinders and discharge them onto any or all of four conveyor lanes going to the wrapping operation.

Multi-level

The Multi-Level Case Accumulator is very effective when used to condition and age various products.

Vertical

Rolco's FILO (First-In, Last-Out) Vertical Accumulator allows product to pass through the unit in normal operation while production line downtime is significantly reduced, thereby increasing production efficiencies and operating profits.
