LIVE ROLLER METERING AND MERGING CONVEYOR

The Live Roller Metering and Merge Conveyor is new concept using roller top conveyors and an engaging belt under the chain is a very simple solution for metering and merging products. There are no sophisticated controls needed for the merging process, just use plow rails or powered side rails to single file products. This equipment has been repeatedly tested and easily handles many kinds of packages including pouches, trays and sleeved products with great success.
